Glass-furnace insulation
Tank-bottom insulation blocks, reference shapes and the information needed for a material inquiry.
Supplied tank-bottom block photographs. Exact grade and order specifications require confirmation.
Tank-bottom insulation
Large block forms and sample sizes from the supplied glass tank bottom insulation series.

Your requirement
Identify the furnace position and project requirements before selecting a grade.
Material context
Insulation blocks form part of a wider furnace material arrangement. The refractory overview is background; it does not confirm replacement of working-lining materials or an additional Firebird supply range.

Grade selection
Brick and block data are separate. The photo album supplies no SG12S property table; request a current, grade-specific TDS.

Packing & delivery
Tank-bottom blocks need a packing plan based on dimensions, individual mass, quantity, handling and destination. Standard IFB pallet counts do not apply automatically. Confirm loading limits, commercial terms and delivery date for the order.
Common questions
Do the photographs confirm SG12S specifications?
No. Confirm the exact designation, current TDS and drawing for the order.
Can IFB pallet quantities be used for tank-bottom blocks?
A separate block packing plan is required. Standard IFB counts are reference data for insulating firebricks.
What should I send with an inquiry?
The use position, operating conditions, drawing, material requirement, quantity and destination.
