Requirements / Evidence / Supply
Quality and supply, made explicit
A practical framework for discussing the specification basis, documents, packing and supply conditions before an order.
Requirements
Start with an agreed requirement
The company process notes describe identifying the customer type and requirement, confirming specifications, coordinating suitable supply sources, explaining quotation assumptions, discussing pre-shipment evidence and recording feedback.
This is a source-based description of the communication scope, not a guarantee that a particular inspection, certificate, delivery time or plant capacity is included in every order.
Requirements
Before the order: define the basis
Confirm the material family and exact grade, dimensions or drawing, required quantity, application conditions and document requirements. If samples or tests are required, define their purpose and acceptance basis.
- Technical scope
- Material, grade, form, application and drawing.
- Evidence scope
- TDS revision, test method, reporting and sample requirements.
- Commercial assumptions
- Quantity/unit, packing, destination and quotation conditions.
Requirements
During supply: agree the evidence
The supplied process notes name product, packing and label photos, appropriate dimensional/appearance checks, loading photos and a document list. The exact evidence pack must be agreed for the inquiry.

- Current batch test report
- Applicable certificate holder and validity
- Order-specific inspection scope
Requirements
Packing and cross-border supply questions
The supplied IFB packing reference uses a four-way pallet, base moisture barrier and corrugated cardboard, protection between layers, top reinforcement, edge protectors, straps and stretch wrap. The material and quantity must be confirmed for the actual order.
Reference footprint is 1100 × 1160 mm. The source PDF lists 20 pallets per 20GP and 40 per 40GP, with container weight restrictions. The quantity workbook limits reference pallet height to below 1100 mm. No fixed container brick count is promised.
This reference applies to insulating firebricks. Glass-tank-bottom blocks need a separate size, mass, protection and loading plan. Packing, documents, trade terms and lead time remain order-specific.
- Packing / loading plan
- Commercial and delivery conditions
- Confirmed document and responsibility scope
Requirements
After supply: keep the feedback traceable
The company notes call for recording customer feedback, quality and delivery issues and any agreed improvement measures. Public case claims require their own verified evidence and disclosure permission.
Requirements
Evidence and responsible-production claims
Supplier presentations are not proof of Firebird-owned factories or Firebird-held ISO certificates. No environmental performance, recycled-content metric or responsible-production certification is asserted without the relevant evidence.
- Verified issuer, holder, scope and validity for any certificate
- Evidence for any environmental or recycling claim

Common supply questions
Is a lead time confirmed on this page?
No. The date and conditions must be agreed for the actual inquiry.
Does the displayed email set the form recipient?
No. It is a confirmed public contact. The review form remains unconnected and does not transmit entries.
Can I request specific tests or samples?
State the required test, method or sample purpose in the inquiry. Availability, responsibilities and terms remain to be confirmed.
Requirements
Define the evidence you need
Include the specification, required documents, quantity, destination and any sample or test request.
